  3. We have 2 Superbox S3 Pro and both work great so we decided maybe to try the newer Superbox S4 Pro but what a mistake. Had it about 4 days hooked up correctly but watching a show and all of a sudden we go to a message that says No Signal which is bs. Then after a few tries I get it back up and running and same thing. Well after this happening too many times we are sending the unit back. It’s obviously a flaw or defect in the Superbox S4 we got as as I said have 2 S3 and work just fine. So instead of just replacing it opted to return as I believe there is an issue with the newer S4.

    • I have tried to reach them also, many, many times NO PHONE NUMBER …..ANYWHERE. I have sent emails….NO ANSWER!. iT CAME WITH A 32 gb sd CARD, WHERE DOES IT GO? Also has a 64GB gold HDMI, where does it go and why? it has a mini keyboard. There are absolutely NO instructions except on the back of the keyboard box, for the keyboard, which I could figure that out. I am eighty years old and just want to just watch tv and not figure out HOW to use it. Why NO instructions for EVERYTHING that comes with it? Make it easier to use.Please help!

I have contacted where I purchased it and NOW they are saying it is PAST date for return. I have been trying to reach them since OCTOBER 2023, this is my first and only response from the company via where I purchased it, not even straight from THEM. I would like to have what I ordered. I wish I could get some help or direct call from company. I wonder why there is no number to call?????????

    • This will be a very generic reply, but go into settings and change the time zone from ‘probably’ Pacific’ to whatever time zone you’re in. My SB4 was set to pacific and I had to change it to Moutain to reflect the correct time. Not having a record function, it’s not really that important, just irritating like current occupant of the WH.

  7. I received my cash refund from where I bought the SUPERBOX S4PRO. The SUPERBOX S5PRO was priced at $329.00 which was the price at THAT time. I ask to receive the original product I ordered. They never commented on that! I am at a loss for any OTHER reason it might be. A refund was NOT what I ask for. I ask for the original; order. That request was NEVER addressed. So now if I want the SUPERBOS S5PRO I must reorder it for $356.95 and Not at the $329.00. I really don’t understand the whole process or REASON.

  9. My two units are displaying same problem. Red and Blue LEDS constantly flashing after reseting with paper clip and unable to select any commands. Products are frozen and unable to erase or anything. Near ready to return products. There was no instructions with the product and not being that PC literate has become a pain in the ass.
